Teacher training. Some ICT resources for university teaching

摘要
Teacher training cannot be oblivious to the rapid changes that occur in the XXI century. The training process should include basic strategies to assist the teachers in their practice and aware of the new social challenges. Furthermore, the knowledge society requires the teacher at any level a transversal competence: the use of ICTs. The article discusses recent studies that incorporate the views of academics on ICTs and their use of ICTs for their teaching, research and management. In the last part, we offer a selection of online resources for university teachers.
