A Research on the Impact of Relationship Strength and Knowledge Integration Capability on Supply Chain Knowledge Transfer

This paper adopts questionnaire to explore the relationship among relationship strength, knowledge integration capability and supply chain knowledge transfer base on the theoretical analysis. According to our research, it suggests that relationship strength has a significant positive impact on cooperative knowledge transfer of supply chain and external integration capability, but it can't influence innovative knowledge and internal integration capability; combined with the external integration capability, relationship strength's indirect influence to cooperative knowledge transfer of supply chain is greater than the direct one. Strengthening knowledge integration capacity is the key to improve the efficiency of supply chain knowledge transfer through taking advantage of partnerships.
