摘要：

The key to improve the performance of whole supply chain is the implementation of knowledge sharing in supply chain, and trust is the core factor which can facilitate knowledge sharing among enterprises. This paper discusses the dynamic process of trust and the effect of trust in knowledge sharing, proposal the model of trust-knowledge sharing among the enterprises in supply chain, which explains the development path of knowledge sharing behavior. We hope these will give an academic reference on the effective practice of knowledge sharing in supply chain for enterprises.
