摘要：

As a core base of national aerospace industry, Shaanxi province has made a further development on Military and civilian integration industry. Lately, with the cooperation of Shan'xi government and JIDONG, the low altitude aviation logistics network that owns 300km radius has been built. By utilizing the platform of big data, aviation and logistics, they has been built a logistics network covering the entire province and affecting the surrounding. This move will better promote a huge progress of national intelligence logistics industry. Therefore, this article, based on the current situation of Shaanxi aviation industry, aims to reconstruct the network of Shaanxi aviation industry from the perspective of value nets, and put forward relevant strategies on the competitiveness improvement of aviation logistics network.
