摘要：
Industrial transfer can create favorable conditions to deepen industrial division and optimize the distribution of elements, which can promote the economic development and Industrial Structure Adjustment. The survey indicates that undertaking industrial transfer has many problems in hubei province, such as the relative insufficiency of foreign funds; the unbalance of industrial distribution; the lack of investment environment's construction; the supporting industry developing slowly; increasing the threat of environmental pollution and so on. Therefore, it must take measures to orderly undertake industrial transfer and promote healthy and stable development of economy.
