摘要
This paper presents author's thinking and suggestions on the framework of keeping healthy life of the Yellow River. It mainly includes the following issues: understanding the life of a river, human impact on the river, healthy Yellow River criteria and evaluation, water right allocation in the Yellow River Basin, and several key issues on keeping healthy life of die Yellow River. Based on which, this paper made a primary research of theoretical framework and practicing methods for keeping healthy life of the Yellow River.
