摘要：

Wichtige Voraussetzungen fur optimales beidaugiges Sehen sind zum einen das Simultansehen und eine intakte Fusionsfahigkeit, zum anderen die gleichzeitige Weiterleitung zweier moglichst scharfer Netzhautbilder der beiden Augen an die Sehrinde. Liegen diese Voraussetzungen nicht vor, kann dies zu Storungen und Missempfindungen im beidaugigen Sehen oder zu Unvertraglichkeiten der Brille fuhren. Um refraktive Scharfeunterschiede der beiden Netzhautbilder zu vermeiden, muss nach der monokularen Refraktionsbestimmung beider Augen fur die Ferne stets ein Binokularabgleich erfolgen.
