摘要
:We examined the relationship among Family Friendly Work Practices, Psychological Capital, and Organizational Performance. Furthermore, we creatively identified the mediator role of psychological capital, and the moderator role of Leader-Member Exchange Differentiation (DLMX). According to the research, family friendly work practices and organizational performance present an positively relationship. The corporations adopt effective FFWPs will enhance the organizational performance. Moreover, those employees who in a high quality leader-member exchange team will conduct more FFWPs to improve the employees' psychological capital and otherwise the vice.
