摘要
There are two kinds of financing models of urban rail transit construction in China, which are government investment and market financing model. However, because of the limitation of government's financial resources and the proportion of government investment drops every year In order to solve the problem of insufficient finds and the low efficiency of urban rail transit, project financing models are trying adopted. in many cities. But there aren't concrete and quantitative standard when we choose a project financing model. So it's essential to conduct a concrete and quantitative evaluation system and an evaluation model. In accordance with the concrete situation in our country, this paper sets a series of comprehensive evaluation indexes for urban rail transit project financing models, evaluates model by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and chooses the BOT, TOT, PPP, ABS project financing models which are adopted much frequently to evaluate and analyzes comprehensively, this paper provides reference for the selection of project financing model of Chinese urban rail transit construction.
