摘要
This work aims at a better understanding of the combined role of hydride and oxide on the mechanical properties of Zircaloy-4. The first part concerns the microstructural characterization of the oxide layer. The second part of the study deals with tensile tests carried out on sheets. Hydrided and hydrided/oxidized specimens were machined in order to determine the role of both degradation processes.
