This paper briefly describes the Double qualified teachers strategy for training, and analyses the double teachers team construction of all kinds of ways, Through analysis, so that we recognize the Double qualified teachers training is a systematic project, Needs government, teachers, school, industry, enterprise can realize common cultivation.
