摘要：
With software process as research object, the CMNI model is analyzed and the model of software process improvement namely AA framework is proposed, and the structure, workflow and objectives of AA framework are also described in detail. Of course, as a preliminary design, the structure of AA framework is open and unfixed; it can be further expanded and improved.
