Fractional Order Controller Based on the Fractionalization of PID controller

摘要
In this paper, a design method of fractional order controller using a new technique called "fractionalization" of PID controller has been proposed. This method uses a classical PID controller in a unity feedback control system where the PID controller parameters have been already adjusted using any classical method; then the PID controller is transformed into a fractional order controller by a technique that consists of raising the PID transfer function to a real power. To show the effectiveness and the performances improvement of the proposed fractional order control, illustrative examples have been proposed. The obtained results were compared to those obtained using the classical PID controllers which lead to the proposed fractional order controller.
