摘要：
This paper did SRHMS health rating scale, SCL-90 symptoms self-assessment scale and tests on form, function, physical quality for 120 male students in tai chi exercise course in Wenzhou University. The results show that the exercise prescription group is better than the control group on the physical quality, function, relations, self-confidence, overcoming depression, and anxiety. Furthermore, this paper puts forward some suggestions to reform tai chi exercise course in colleges and universities.
