摘要：
This paper is based on the author's teaching practice and has summarized the teaching experience over many years. It analyzes the similarities and differences in the specialties of Civil Engineering and Engineering Management from teaching content and knowledge frames. It also puts forward the ideas of teaching reform on the course and the way to improve the teaching quality. The paper emphasizes the importance of using proper teaching methods, which is the basis of improving the quality of teaching.
