Excellent engineers are the main force in the construction of an innovation-oriented country. This paper puts forward the method of teaching, and the proper ways to foster the knowledge and ability of students in the field of Building construction according to the standards of excellent engineers, and it also describes the guiding idea of the curriculum reform. With expect to explore the useful practice in the arrangement of course content, teaching methods, curriculum design and so on.
