摘要
This paper presents an overview of technical interconnection requirements for renewable energy generators in North America, which may also be applicable in other regions. The focus will be on wind and solar generators. The specific technical requirements for distribution and transmission interconnections will be identified and described in general terms. Specific technical areas of general concern will be highlighted. The paper concludes with a discussion of emerging requirements.
