摘要
The aim of this study is to look at sociological context influencing the organizational creativity and how knowledge management (KM) techniques could store and reuse the working creativity products in a learning company. The methodology was based on systematic literature investigation in KM, organizational memory, sociological factors and organizational creativity fields. Observations concerning the "capture of thoughts" using specific KM mechanisms have been elaborated in order to provide elements for an appropriate framework concerning the construction of an organizational memory. The results indicated that both learning culture and creative climate contributed to the innovation and implicitly the organization grow. The creativity exists at individual and organizational level, but employees are encouraged to explore it differently, accordingly to the managers' position in the creativity issue. Nevertheless regarding the creativity at organizational level and its benefits, there is still a need to develop an improved understanding in practice. Some components of our future framework have been outlined.
