摘要：

The deterioration of marine ecology and the transitional development and waste of marine resources have led to great challenges to the sustainable development of marine economy. Therefore, there is an urgent need to innovate the investment model of marine projects. Based on this, this paper first studies the sustainable development of marine economy and the current situation of project investment, then analyzes the problems existing in the investment mode of marine projects, and finally gives the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the investment mode of marine projects.
