摘要
International project contracting market becomes the competitive field gradually. In this paper, we take EPC international project as the research object, identify the risks in the implementation of EPC project, establish risk evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and analysis the EPC international engineering contracting projects through the combination of quantitative and qualitative means. We take power generation project for example and introduce the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
