摘要
In order to solve the quantization calculation problem of the flood-control risk consequence losses of bridge, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, fuzzy random theory and other relative discipline theories are applied comprehensively in this paper. Under the existing situation of river course administration and on the basis of flood-control influence assessment in China, the flood-control risk consequence losses of bridge is calculated semi-quantitatively after confirming the membership function, by establishing the quantizing criteria of flood-control risk consequence losses and the corresponding evaluation relationship among the flood-control risk consequences, severity of risk consequences and severity value. Finally its adaptability and reliability is verified through a project example.
