摘要：
The turnover of core employee undermines organizational core competitiveness with ruinous risks, These risks can be accelerated by the fierce competitive environment. The employee Job-withdrawal model provides general theoretical framework for establishing early-warning mechanism against turnover risks of core employee. Motivation-behavior modification model and management intervention system can predict and correct employee's behavior and reduce employee turnover fundamentally.
