摘要：
This article is an attempt to redefine the role of the financial manager in the period of economy digitization. The authors pay special attention to advanced digital technologies, the main areas of their application in financial management and identify the role and new functions of the financial manager. The required competencies and skills that a financial manager is supposed to have in the age of digitization in order to perform professional duties more effectively are formulated.
