摘要
The research aims to capture the specific issues related to changes in the human resources domain, focusing on those generated by the implementation of the reengineering concept as a strategy designed around processes. The study was based on systematic analysis of the strategic planning process in case of using reengineering and identifying the links between change through reengineering and changes in organizational culture. The research stressed out the new gained knowledge, values and behaviors in case of using reengineering as a strategy for change and also highlighted the main decision that led to human resources adaptability to process reengineering. Research can be used in implementing measures that allow the human resource adaptability in case of designing development strategies for organizations that adopted reengineering. The study has generated an explanatory conceptual model for the connection between reengineering, appropriate organizational culture and human resources in the reengineering process.
