摘要：
The existing passive network encounters many technical troubles and bottlenecks of additive services. In order to deal with those inherent defects and overcome the bottlenecks, the conceptions of next generation network are pointed out. Though research and discussion of the next generation network has been beginning, there are many research conclusions about the architectures and peculiarities of the next generation network. In this paper, we emphasis on researching and discussing the system constructs and features of the next generation network, otherwise, we also mention it's application prospect.
