Research on Teaching Reform Towards Theory-practice Integration for the Course of Human Resource Management

摘要
We in this paper study the possible direction as well as solutions for teaching reform on the course of Human Resource Management in vocational and technical colleges. Specifically, theory-practice integration is our prior objective. To achieve this goal, we design the questionnaire on important topics from Human Resource Management, which lists several theory-practice integration candidates for students to select. We present the questionnaire results on three specific topics, namely Job Analysis, Contract, and Career Development, and analyze students' choices. Through thorough analyses on the results, we identify that the teaching reform for the course of Human Resource Management needs to incorporate more interaction-based practice for students and let students gain experiences from both employers' and employees' perspectives. We further present the specific schemes for teaching reform in the aforementioned topics.
