摘要
DNA is an ideal material for constructing molecular-scale devices by virtue of its highly specific hybridizations. Many molecular devices have been constructed, but an issue has been raised: NOT logic appears to be difficult to implement directly, so most of the well-established DNA logic circuits are used the dual-rail logic. In this paper, the logic gates (NOT, AND, OR) are proposed based on the nano-molecular logic computing model built by DNA computing and DNA strand displacement technology. The complex logic circuit is constructed by using the cascade characteristic of DNA strand. Finally, the correctness of the logic circuits is also demonstrated by utilizing the Visual DSD design tool.
