摘要
DNA strand displacement usually occur by formed duplex formation with Watson-Crick base pairs. In this study, we build two metal-mediated logic models based on the principle that DNA matching can be mediated by metal ions and the traditional DNA stand displacement principle. Furthermore, we designed a cascaded logic model based on the two metal-mediated logic models. Comparing to traditional, the model in this study is easier to be controled.
