摘要
Seafood safety is widely concerned. Traceability of seafood solves the people's concerns about food quality. Traceability needs to collect information operating on this seafood of every stage during processing. This article presents a traceability system from seafood breading, processing and sales logistics. Based on this system, advanced technology is adopted to ensures its efficiency and improve the management of information flow within the supply chain and security in the seafood sector. The combination of QRcode, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), barcode and image preprocessing enhances accuracy and efficiency of operation and information collection.
