摘要:
Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) is an enzyme with known immunosuppressive and tolerogenic effects in cancer. Mounting evidence has associated IDO expression with the induction of regulatory T cells (Treg) and malignant progression. IDO inhibition may therefore provide a promising therapeutic approach for glioblastoma, where the need for novel treatment is great. Clin Cancer Res; 18(22); 6086-8. (C)2012 AACR.
