Design and Practice for Enterprise Management Innovation

The innovation of enterprise operation is the key to Survive and can make the enterprise keep thriving. It works in the whole process of enterprise operation and management. The thesis tries to illustrate the environment change and its effect and need on the innovation of enterprise operation and attach importance to understand and play the role of operator correctly from the way of establishing correct concept of enterprise innovation. What's more, it explores how the enterprise find the way of operating innovation and some practical problems from the aspect of taking appropriate innovation strategy in different stages of enterprise life cycle and constructing the learning organization based on human beings.
