摘要
The quality of fanners is of a key factor for the urban and rural economic and social development in China. The new generation of migrant workers account for about 60% of the total number of migrant workers, acting as the main body of migrant workers. The fanners' quality directly influences the overall quality of the migrant workers and the development of the society. This paper uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method to do some researches on the new generation of migrant workers' qualities. This paper also uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the new generation of migrant workers' quality, aiming to provide some effective theoretical basis for improving the quality of the new generation of migrant workers in China.
