摘要
Solar energy is one of the most important types of renewable energies. In this paper, the solar cell model with only one exponential is presented. We have developed a Matlab code using Newton-Raphson iterative technique to study the effect of temperature and solar irradiation of the performance for a generator based of photovoltaic. The effect of sunlight irradiation and temperature are also presented. The parameters of the single-diode model are evaluated for different combinations of irradiation and temperature conditions. Typical STP 185W mono-crystalline solar module specifications have been used for model accuracy evaluation.
