The Effects of Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Using Perceived Organizational Support as Mediation

摘要
The purpose of this study was to investigate the direct impact of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on organizational citizenship behavior as well as to examine the mediating effect of perceived organizational support variables. The population of this study was UD. Arofah Electronic employees with a sample of 104 respondents. Based on the hypothesis test results, it shows that distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice directly affect organizational citizenship behavior. While the results of the mediation test using test path analysis shows that perceived organizational support is the mediating variable of organizational justice effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The conclusions from this research is distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice directly affects organizational citizenship behavior. Perceived organizational support is proven to mediate the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on organizational citizenship behavior.
