摘要
Bismuth ferrite ceramics were sintered at different temperatures. Elevating the sintering temperature to 800 degrees C, impurities phases Bi2Fe4O9 disappear completely and single-phase BiFeO3 with distorted perovskite structure is obtained. It is found that the average grain size increases and the grains become gradually uniform as the sintering temperature increases from 700 to 750 and 800 degrees C. As the measuring temperature is above 70 degrees C, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of ceramics increase with an increase in the sintering temperature. It is found that the remanent polarization gradually increases with an increase in the sintering temperature.
