摘要
At present stage, bilingual education has been carried out in many areas of China, which makes China's education undertaking enter into a new development period. However, China's education undertaking is also facing an embarrassing situation caused by shortage of bilingual teachers. In order to promote the development of bilingual education in China's education undertaking, efforts should be made to strengthen the training system and mode for training of bilingual teachers in China. Policy support provided by governments and the importance attached by school leaders are key points in training of bilingual teachers. Meanwhile, China should learn from advanced training systems in other countries and create a training system and mode for training of bilingual teachers adapted to the situation in China, which not only can solve the current shortage of bilingual teachers but also plays an important role in optimizing China's educational system. In this paper, an in-depth analysis on existing problems in training of bilingual teachers is made and some suggestions on training are put forward with the combination of advance training systems in other countries.
