Research on Strategies for Innovative Talents Training in Colleges and Universities

Training of innovative talents has become a common value pursuit of higher education in the world. Innovative talents cultivation is not only a theoretical problem, but, more importantly, a 'practice problem. In China, although the university has always been an important place to develop talents, for a long period, it has not put creative talents and their innovative capability in the core of talents training target. Mainly basing on literature studies and comparing and studying the quality characteristics of innovative talents, this paper will analyze the restricting factors of innovative training and the existing problems in talents training in our colleges and universities, and make related recommendations.
