摘要
The ScienceWorkshop data acquisition system with DATASTUDIO software is capable of performing lock-in detection of periodic signals. I discuss how DATASTUDIO can be used for teaching this detection technique and doing real experiments. Along with a demonstration of lock-in detection, a determination of the Verdet constant with an ac magnetic field is described. (C) 2006 American Association of Physics Teachers.
