Functional evaluation on anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects of the polyphenols in lagerstroemia specious L

摘要
To study the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects of lagerstroemia specious polyphenols (LSP), some anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia experiments were done in mice. The results showed that an LSP could prolong the weight-loaded swimming time and survival time( P<0.05 or P<0.01), and had an active effect on lowering the blood lactic acid level( P<0.01) and increase the liver starch in mice( P<0.01). LSP can enhance the function of body and has the effects of anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue.
