摘要
Knowledge group is the core power of enterprise competence who master the relevant study about organizational learning and knowledge management, it is pointed out that organizational learning is the necessary path to form the knowledge group, then the model of knowledge group forming is designed, finally the importance. of knowledge group is studied after case studying.
