摘要
Since the rapidly development of modern power system and idea of using smart grid evolves. More system data have to be monitored to guarantee power quality and power system stability. Although the number of data to be monitored is huge, it is not economic to put meters everywhere. State Estimation is used to solve this problem by estimating unknown state variables from limited number of raw data of an observable system. This paper presents a robust estimator using an algorithm called Least-Trimmed-Absolute-Value (LTAV). The algorithm evolves from two proposed algorithms, LAV and LTS, and benefits the merits of both. It can detect and eliminate both single and multiple bad data. The performance of LTAV will be tested using IEEE 14-bus and 30-bus systems.
