摘要:
An algorithm suitable for distance relaying applications is presented. The algorithm is based on the least absolute value parameter estimation approximations, and uses digitized voltage and current to calculate the impedances seen from a relay at a relay location. The mathematical model for the algorithm is presented. The effects of the data window size, sampling frequency, time reference and changes to the model of the decaying DC component are also examined. A comparison between the least squares error algorithm and the proposed algorithm for single- and three-phase systems is presented. © 1990.
