摘要
To deal with the rate-dependent hysteresis, this paper proposes a Hammerstein-like system based on Fuzzy Tree method (FT) and the validity is verified by experimental data. Based on the proposed model, a PID feedback controller combined with nonlinearity inverse compensation in feedforward loop is used for tracking control. Numerical simulation shows that the control method is effective.
