摘要：
Based on the innovation system of mobile communications industry chain to study, according to the theories of technological innovation, industrial innovation etc. I put forward the concept of the industry chain innovation and then I summed up the innovation system model of the mobile communications. industry chain by analyzing its structure. According to the characters of the mobile communications industry chain, I got the evaluation index system, and rely on these index I evaluated the technological innovation capability of the mobile communications industry chain.
