摘要
Simulation models are of increasing importance in Health science education. The simulation using virtual reality can be used as a technology capable of making significant changes in how health professionals perceive and access physical reality, providing a richer and more immersive learning experience. So, it represents a qualitative leap in the research and learning process to facilitate understanding of complex health care settings, and provide new avenues of interaction with the (physical) reality from different angles. On the other hand, the Virtual Reality Simulations bring new models to teaching and learning environments based on e-learning and blended learning. These simulation tools can be used to develop both alternative and complementary strategies with traditional face-to-face learning systems. However, it is necessary to improve our knowledge about processes, critical factors and integration strategies of such models or to tailor their use in Health science education. We also need to create new and more powerful means of using this tool for medical training. What Virtual Reality Simulation possibilities can offer in medical training is the main reason for this paper.
