摘要：
The paper elaborates the connotation of the college students' cultivation quality and the function of the incentive theory of cultivation quality. It also appraises the effect of the control mechanism of cultivation quality, as well as analyzing the problems and the reasons during the cultivation of the college students, then, guiding directions for further enhancing the quality of college students' cultivation.
