摘要：
As reform of the higher education system is advanced continuously, the number of college graduates increases year by year. In addition, employers put forward higher and higher requirements for graduates' quality. These make college graduates face high employment pressure. In recent years, quality of college graduates' employment has tended to be low. One of the causes for this current situation is that graduates' comprehensive quality is not high. Based on this, this thesis starts from the perspective of employment pressure and discusses strategies for contemporary students' comprehensive quality cultivation.
