摘要
the purpose of this paper is to propose an approach for measuring the performance of organizational change management within a Moroccan construction company, by adapting the balanced scorecard model to change management context. Also, it presents the main steps to be followed for carrying out the measurement and identifies a set of change management performance measures regarding four different perspectives: results and outcomes, stakeholders, project and change management processes, and learning and growth.
