摘要
With the deepening of reform in public sector, nonprofit organizations (NPOs), especially the social service nonprofit organizations (SSNPOs) will play an increasingly important role in the civil society, Under the background of reform, SSNPOs have the necessary to play greater function with the support of strategic management tools consider the competitive environment and the need of managing intangible resources. At present, the related researches mainly focus on private sector; it is still scarce in NPOs. This research attempts to examine the existing popular strategic management tools in SSNPOs by a critical literature review. Based on this review, the study sets forth intellectual capital theory is an appropriate choice for SSNPOs considers its characteristics, which compared with other strategic management tools.
