摘要
Whether the development capacity of high-tech industry can be assessed accurately or not will have an important impact on the development of industry in China. Based on the analysis of high-tech industry development and characteristics, it is proposed rating index system of the development capacity of high-tech industry, and it builds an assessment model of development capacity of high-tech industry by DEA, meanwhile, it provides the theory and practical references for high-tech industry development.
